Fun AI: things to try for a laugh
AI is not only for letters and paperwork. OPUP AI is also good for the daft, creative and curious stuff. Here are some things to try tonight.
For a night in
Ask for a ten-question quiz on a subject your family argues about. Ask for a film to watch based on three films you all liked. Ask for a recipe using only what is in the fridge.
For birthdays and get-togethers
Ask for a birthday plan on a budget, a treasure hunt for the kids with rhyming clues, or a short speech that is warm without being soppy. Say who it is for and it will ask what it needs to know.
For a laugh
Ask for a poem about your mate’s terrible parking. Ask it to explain the offside rule as if you were five. Ask for team names for the pub quiz. Ask for a limerick about your dog.
For the curious
Ask the things you never got round to finding out: why the sea is salty, how a fridge works, where a saying comes from. If you do not follow the answer, say “simpler” and it will try again.
Fun, but still honest
AI can get facts wrong, even when you are only messing about. So if you are using it to settle a pub argument, check the answer before you put money on it.
